Regional Centre for Development Cooperation (RCDC) was started in the year 1993 with the mandate to play a definite role in the development sector to empower people for sustainable management of natural resources. The organisation believes that local natural resources can take care of most of the development problems faced by the people in which the local communities are considered as the best managers, who have highest stake and owns the treasure of natural resources. RCDC have been enabling the stakeholders in strengthening their inherent spirit and quality of optimal management of available natural resources and helped them walking over hindrances in most accommodative manner.
